Does the 400 GPU-hour API quota mean 400 hours of GPU access?
No. The 400 GPU-hour API quota is a free allowance for using EcoTrain Pro through its API. It is not GPU rental time and does not provide 400 hours of direct GPU access.
Is verification mandatory for every student?
No. It is optional and only unlocks EcoTrain Pro student benefits. EcoTrain Basic and balance-paid access remain available.
Can the same academic email claim Starter twice?
No. After successful verification, the account cannot verify again, and the irreversible email fingerprint remains permanently bound even if the benefits are later revoked.
What if my academic email is not supported?
Email contact@ecophase-ai.com with your school, academic email domain, and account email so we can review it.
Can I use EcoTrain Pro after Starter expires?
Yes. You can continue using your account balance under Professional billing rules.
Do I upload outcomes online?
No. Outcomes are submitted and reviewed offline by email. We do not publish a public case library.
