1. Registration and identity verification information: for individual users, this may include phone number and real-name identity information; for enterprise users, this may include enterprise name, unified social credit code, business license, contact person name, phone number, email address, address, and other business or contact information.
2. Service operation data: training tasks, compute testing task records, API call logs, compute usage records, billing and deduction records, operation logs, and device access logs.
3. User-uploaded data: AI models, training datasets, parameters, code files, and other content voluntarily uploaded by users. Such content is uploaded by users, and the platform does not proactively collect it.
4. Automatically collected system information: to maintain network security and service stability, the system may record IP address, device identifier, browser type, access time, fault logs, and other basic device information.
3. Purposes of Use
We use collected information only for lawful and agreed purposes and do not use it beyond the agreed scope.
1. Completing account registration, identity verification, permission management, and account security protection.
2. Providing AI model training acceleration, testing, API calls, and related services.
3. Completing prepaid settlement, bill generation, fee reconciliation, and other billing-related work.
4. Troubleshooting system faults, defending against cyberattacks, conducting security operations, and protecting platform security.
5. Sending service announcements, operational notices, billing reminders, and feature update notices.
6. Complying with national laws, regulations, and regulatory requirements.
We solemnly undertake that we will not use users' enterprise data, private models, training datasets, core code, or other confidential content for external training, sale, sharing, or other commercial purposes.
4. Storage, Security, and Data Compliance
4.1 Storage location: We store personal information, business data, models, datasets, and other confidential materials on compliant public cloud nodes located within mainland China. We will not transfer such data outside mainland China without authorization. If cross-border data transfer is required, written consent and legally required security assessment or approval procedures must be completed. If you transfer your own business data externally or abroad through APIs or your own programs, you are responsible for related compliance obligations.
4.2 Retention period: We retain data according to the principle of minimum necessity. Necessary business information is retained during service use. After service termination or account cancellation, user data will be deleted or anonymized unless logs, transaction records, or security records must be retained by law. Transaction, financial, and security records are retained for no less than three years where required.
4.3 Security protection: We use industry-standard encryption, data permission isolation, access auditing, and personnel confidentiality management to protect user information. Internal personnel may not view, download, or export user private models or business data without lawful authorization.
4.4 Security incident handling: If a cybersecurity or data security incident such as data leakage, loss, tampering, or theft occurs, we will promptly take remedial measures and notify affected users in writing within 24 hours where required, and the parties will cooperate in emergency handling and loss tracing.
5. Sharing, Transfer, and Public Disclosure
1. We do not sell or rent user personal information, enterprise data, or business materials to unrelated third parties.
2. Information may be disclosed only in the following lawful or agreed circumstances: with your consent or voluntary disclosure; when required by judicial or regulatory authorities through lawful documents; when necessary to respond to cyberattacks or major security risks and protect the lawful rights of the platform and users; or in the event of merger, division, acquisition, restructuring, or other entity changes, where the successor will continue to be bound by this policy.
3. Third-party data processing: We use compliant third-party SMS, email, and identity verification service providers only to transmit necessary contact or verification information such as phone numbers, email addresses, and contact person identity details. Such providers may use the information only for message delivery or identity verification. We strictly limit third-party access, and such providers have no right to access users' uploaded AI models, datasets, code, testing materials, or other core confidential business data.
6. Your Personal Information Rights
Under applicable laws and regulations, you have rights to query your information, correct inaccurate information, delete unnecessary data, withdraw authorization, cancel your account, and file complaints or reports.
You may submit requests through the phone number or contact email published by the platform. We will process and respond within the statutory period. We may reject repeated, unreasonable, or legally unsupported requests.
If you submit sensitive personal information for identity verification, you may request withdrawal of the corresponding authorization. After withdrawal, the platform may restrict corresponding account service permissions.
7. Cookies and Similar Technologies
This website uses cookies and similar anonymous identifiers to maintain login status, improve user experience, and collect operational statistics. You may refuse cookies through browser settings, but some platform functions may not work properly.
8. Protection of Minors
The platform is primarily intended for enterprises, institutions, and professional technical personnel, and is not directed to minors. If we find that a minor has registered and used the services, we will restrict account permissions, delete relevant information, and stop providing services.
